Terms of Use – A Caring Commitment to Our Clients
At Hummingbird Cleaning Services, we believe in building trust through clear communication and thoughtful service. Please review the following terms and guidelines so we can serve you with excellence and care.
Complaint Response
We aim to resolve any concerns as quickly and kindly as possible. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to respond to any complaints. If you're not satisfied with our service, we’ll always do our best to make it right.
Payment Terms for Residential Cleanings
Payment is due on the day of the first cleaning each month, unless another agreement has been made in writing.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, credit card, or debit card.
If paying by bank transfer, please ensure payment is completed at least one day before your scheduled cleaning. We reserve the right to reschedule if the transfer is not received in time.

Perform all services with care, skill, and attention to detail.
Meet the standards outlined in your agreed cleaning plan.
Complete services in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure your satisfaction before we consider the job done.
Your Role as Our Valued Client
To help us serve you better, we kindly ask that you:
Communicate openly and provide all necessary details about your cleaning needs.
Notify us at least 14 days in advance of any change in contact information.
Obtain any permissions needed for access or special services.
Ensure safe, full access to your property during your scheduled cleanings.
Provide access to basic utilities (lighting, water, etc.) for the cleaning to be performed effectively.
If necessary, provide a secure space for us to store cleaning equipment on-site.
Client Satisfaction Guarantee
Your happiness matters to us. Here's how we ensure a positive experience:
An initial walkthrough will be conducted to understand your unique cleaning needs.
If you're unsatisfied with any area, please contact us within 24 hours of service completion.
We will happily return once to re-clean the area in question, free of charge.
If you’re present at the time of service, we’ll complete a final walkthrough with you before leaving.
While we do not offer refunds, we stand behind our quality and guarantee your satisfaction through re-cleaning if necessary.
Accepted Payment Methods
Cash at the time of service.
Checks payable to Hummingbird Cleaning Services (HBCS). Please note: Clients are responsible for any bank fees or legal charges due to returned checks.
Credit/Debit Cards – your payment information is kept secure and never shared with third parties.
