Cleanliness Levels

We rate homes on a scale from 1 to 4 to determine the appropriate level of care required:

Level 1 – Pristine

Meticulously maintained, these homes are cleaned daily and show minimal dust or grime. Only light upkeep is needed.

Level 2 – Lightly Lived-In

Typically cleaned weekly, these homes have slight surface dust and light buildup. Surfaces and floors may show mild signs of use.

Level 3 – Gently Neglected

Homes cleaned monthly or sporadically. Noticeable dirt, dull flooring, and dusty surfaces require a deep clean to restore brilliance.

Level 4 – Heavily Lived-In

Extensive buildup, stained carpets, and neglected surfaces throughout. These homes demand intensive deep cleaning and extended service time. Carpet cleaning may be strongly recommended.
