🧼 How to Prepare for Your Cleaning
To help us provide the best service, please make sure your home is ready before our team arrives:
Remove clutter from surfaces so we can clean thoroughly. This includes:
Clothing (from floors, closets, beds, etc.)
Children’s toys
Dishes from the kitchen sink
Secure pets in a safe area. We are not responsible for pet-related incidents.
Move pet food/water bowls away from cleaning areas to avoid chemical exposure.
Clear shelves and counters of personal or fragile items to prevent damage.
Remove items from sinks and vanities, such as toothbrushes, razors, contacts, or dentures.
Clear bath and shower items so we can clean those areas properly.
🛏 Making Beds
We make beds at no extra charge! Please strip the beds and leave clean linens. If not stripped, we won’t be able to make the bed.
⏰ Before Your Cleaning Appointment
We'll review your cleaning plan before we arrive.
Most clients aren't home, so they provide a garage code or spare key.
All keys are securely tracked.
If you prefer not to give access, please ensure someone is home at the scheduled time.
If we’re unable to access your home and haven’t been notified in advance, a 50% fee will be charged.
Need to reschedule? Please give at least 72 hours' notice when possible we understand emergencies happen.
✅ After the Cleaning
We recommend having someone present for a final walkthrough to check our work.
If we missed anything, let us know during the walkthrough, and we'll fix it on the spot.
Can’t be there? No problem you have 24 hours after the cleaning to report any touch-ups needed.
Once you’re happy, we’ll send your invoice with a secure payment link.
