Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment
To ensure effective cleaning, please remove or organize clutter prior to our arrival. This includes, but is not limited to:
Office desks and tables: Clear papers, personal items, electronics, and other belongings to allow full surface cleaning.
Shoes and personal items: Please store shoes and personal belongings away from common areas.
Kitchen area: Remove dishes and clean the sink to prevent delays and ensure sanitary conditions.
Pets: Secure pets in a safe area to avoid interference and maintain safety during cleaning.
Wet items: Place wet or damp items, such as dishcloths or sponges, in central trash receptacles to prevent attracting pests.
Shelves and fragile items: Remove or secure items on shelves to avoid accidental damage during cleaning.
Personal hygiene items: Remove toothbrushes, razors, dentures, contact lenses, drinking cups, eyeglasses, and similar items from sinks and countertops to avoid exposure to cleaning chemicals.
Animal bowls: Move food and water bowls to prevent contamination from cleaning sprays.
Note: It is essential to declutter your workspace prior to our arrival. While you don’t need to clean beforehand, clearing surfaces ensures our team can focus on deep cleaning.
Before the Clean
We will review your customized cleaning plan prior to arrival.
Cleanings are often scheduled during after-hours or overnight to minimize disruption. Clients commonly provide access codes or spare keys, which are securely cross-referenced for your safety.
If you are present during cleaning, our team will work efficiently around your schedule. Otherwise, expect a full cleaning service including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
For scheduling changes, please notify us at least 72 hours in advance. Short-notice cancellations may incur a small fee.
